How much does Flotalyo cost?+
Flotalyo offers two no-commitment plans: Essential at €29/month (up to 20 users) and Business at €49/month (up to 70 users). You can switch plans at any time.
Is there a free trial?+
No, Flotalyo doesn't offer a free trial: full access is unlocked as soon as you subscribe and your first payment goes through. You can cancel at any time, with no commitment.
How does Flotalyo automatically pick a vehicle?+
Flotalyo applies the rules your company sets up (availability, seat count, fuel type based on distance, category based on job profile, mileage balancing...) to automatically assign the most suitable vehicle to each booking, with no manual work.
What happens if a vehicle breaks down or is in for a service?+
The manager can block a vehicle for a given period (breakdown, service, on loan...) with a reason: it's automatically removed from available vehicles for that slot, so it can't be booked by mistake. Automatic email reminders also go out ahead of the technical inspection or service due date.
What happens if a vehicle isn't returned on time?+
The next person receives an email letting them know, along with the contact details of whoever used the vehicle before them. Until the return form for the previous trip is filled in, that user can't make a new booking: automatic reminders keep going out until it's done.
Is my data isolated from other companies?+
Yes. Every client company is fully isolated from every other one at the database level itself, not just in the interface: no company can ever access another's vehicles, bookings, or users.
Can I export my data?+
Yes, you can export your vehicle list and booking history to Excel at any time, along with a statistics report in PDF format.
What happens if I go over my plan's user limit?+
Creating new users is automatically blocked once you reach your plan's limit (20 for Essential, 70 for Business). You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to add more.
Is there a limit on the number of vehicles?+
No. Plans are based only on the number of users, not the size of your fleet: you can manage as many vehicles as you need at no extra cost.
Does Flotalyo work on mobile?+
Yes, Flotalyo works in any browser and can also be installed like an app on your phone, tablet, or computer, no app store required.
Is Flotalyo available in my language?+
Yes, the interface is available in French, English, and Spanish. Each user picks their own language independently of everyone else, including for the emails they receive.
Do I need technical skills to use it?+
No. There's nothing to install, and a wizard guides the manager step by step through setting up vehicles, teams, and rules in just a few minutes.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Yes, cancellation takes one click from your subscription management area, with no fees or notice period, in line with online subscription cancellation regulations.
